first of all, thank you for sharing all of that that's so- i just really appreciate it, and i'm sorry for not responding cause it was not my intention! i like- you're definitely right what we're going through, what we've experienced is not the same but i appreciate how you can, you know, pick out the similarities and really empathize with me and it sounds like you've been going a lot of just- you know, realizing a lot of things for what they actually are and that sounds really hard, but also probably really good for, you know, the clarity and everything you've been saying you're talking about you're been developing your own spiritual life and you're conscious about things i just know that, just as i know you right now, even when it's feeling the exact opposite, you're already doing so great in life

so, what i remembered, um- like this moment where i could either face the consequences of my actions, because it was my fault, and the consequences were going to be bad it was gonna be really, really bad or i had the choice of doing a do-over, but i could be transported to a different reality i could stay in this reality, or i run the risk of accepting the do-over but not being being able to remain in this reality but it's like it was a gamble, and i chose and i basically gambled my life and i should have accepted reality as it is and not tried to, like, change it because i lost everything and... it wasn't worth it people get upset that bad things happen, or even that they caused bad things to happen and they wish that they had gone back and done things differently or there were no consequences to it but you don't know that it's like- well the bad things happen but maybe that was the best case scenario and we have this idea that maybe if that hadn't happened, we would be okay but maybe that's not the case

about

"the world through your polaroid glasses" is a collection of transitional ambient pieces recorded between 2019 and 2022. this is an album about healing, about growth, about spirituality, about gaining a new perspective on things once thought lost. a peek at a spinning looking glass, through lenses carried from generation to generation. this album is about the changes and transitions i have gone and continue to go through, the ones we all go through, big and small- and our eternal quest for acceptance.

you are not alone, and you are not broken. making these songs has brought me solace in some of my worst times, and i hope they might be able to lighten up your life a little bit <3
